fix: registry:npm fails npm publish fails

When I run registry:npm it fails on prd_ademe on command npm publish

on prd_ademe, it doesn't work, as displayed here

It is mostly because the registry:npm job is run with latest npm image (Using Docker executor with image node:24.11-slim ...), which is more tight with npm good practices. It got updated one week ago as stated here.
